Property Solicitor

We are partnering with a medium sized firm for a Property Solicitor to join their Property Team.

This firm has built its reputation by providing clear, concise advice for their clients. Providing real-world legal solutions so clients know where they stand.

You will be exposed to the following specialisations:

· Residential and Commercial Conveyancing

· Commercial Leases

· Commercial acquisition work

· Private Client work including Trusts, Wills and Powers of Attorney

To be successful you will either currently be a solicitor in a medium-large firm already or, have experience within the Property industry.

The work will be varied and you will be liaising with clients at a senior level working alongside one of the Property Partner’s whose working and mentor style is inclusive and collaborative. Expectations around budgets and billables are realistic and will be discussed further during your application.
