Senior Infrastructure systems engineer

· What you will need to bring to the role:

· You will review customers on-going technology needs continually improving their environment; contribute to roadmaps and partner with them to achieve their business outcomes.

· Customer facing with excellent consulting and communication skills, you will enjoy working in an advisory capacity to understand the customers business, building relationships, solving problems and mentoring team members.

· Be hands on and willing to handle mission critical requests / escalations.

· Experience and skills we would prefer you have:

· Demonstrated success in a service delivery or systems engineer capacity, ideally in an MSP or large complex environment (approx. 5+ years) (IMPORTANT)

· Extensive IT technical experience and knowledge of Microsoft core server technologies such as, Active Directory Services; Exchange; Modern Workplace; Office 365 (IMPORTANT)

· Experience as a systems engineer / systems administrator with Microsoft suite of products (Windows servers, workstation operating systems, MS system centre products, application servers, Azure, Office 365, One Drive, Teams etc. ) (IMPORTANT)

· Networking (LAN/WAN) experience, with knowledge of switching and routing technologies and advanced Virtualisation & cloud computing or EQUIVALENT

· Firewalling & security technologies & principles, e.g., Fortinet; eset or EQUIVALENT
