Senior People and Culture Advsior

A Senior People and Culture Advisor is needed for two manufacturing sites in the Marlborough District. We are looking ideally for someone with 5+ year’s experience with an HR Generalist background.

You will be working as part of a supportive HR team providing guidance and support to leaders and managers on site.

A strong communicator, you don’t mind courageous conversations and have experience in employment relations. Some union experience would also be helpful. You enjoy creating high performance teams by defining a desired culture. You can support daily HR operations giving consistent and timely advice.

You can be based anywhere in Marlborough District with an expectation initially to be on site so relationships and the HR function has a presence and can support and implement people strategies.
