Talent Advisor

Our client, based in Penrose, needs a seasoned and experienced Talent Advisor to help fill a gap of up to 8 weeks. This is an ideal opportunity for a person who is available now, can “Hit the ground running” Handle all aspects of the recruitment process, develop key relationships, attract and source and retain the “Right fit People “And liaising with managers day to day, this is a stand alone role reporting into the HR Manager.

What you will be doing!

Actively sourcing and building a pipeline of candidates for the business

Prescreening, Interviewing, and on boarding talent.

Managing the full recruitment process

Communicating with line managers

Managing the applicant tracking system

What you will bring!

Proven track record in Talent acquisition

Excellent knowledge of applicant tracking software

Experience within the local environment

Superb Communication skills
