Have you been working in a change environment but looking to take the next step in your career? We can help you reach your destination. Bring along your smart caps with previous experience in coordination and administration to aid our client in suggesting appropriate change approaches and taking the initiative to transform the way data is managed by them.

As a change advisor, you would be advising and guiding the Project Manager and Business Owner of the changes required and how they can affect the organisation overall.

What would your typical day look like?

· Responsible for development of change management processes with primary focus on people, policy, and cultural change.

· Working closely with the Programme and other change management teams to prepare comprehensive change plans which involve resources, delivery, and coordination with other change programmes.

· Potentially performing other coordinating tasks like scheduling and risk management.

· Having a broad perspective on changes going on in other government changes which impact the changes at this organisation.

· Supporting the programme team to deliver realistic changes within the budget.

How can you be a successful candidate?

· Have a tertiary qualification or equivalent knowledge.

· Previous experience in coordination and administration inclined towards change would be highly beneficial.

· Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Have excellent time management and communication skills.

· Be able to support, engage and build strong relationships to work in a team successfully.

· Have agility in the way of thinking to work to adjust in structured and non-structured work environment.
