Clinical Trial Coordinator

Are you an experience Clinical Trial Coordinator (CTC) with a passion for making a difference to health outcomes? We are seeking an experienced CTC to join our team. Ideally you will have experience managing Haematology and Oncology Trials. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of clinical trials, from planning to execution ensuring regulatory protocol compliance, maintaining accurate and up-to-date trial documentation and patient safety.

You will:

  • Be able to work flexibly between approximately 7am to 7.30pm to meet the needs of participants and trials
  • Have previous experience in clinical trial coordination or a similar role
  • Experience in managing Haematology or Oncology commercial clinical trials is an advantage
  • Have attained a PhD, MSc in Biomedical Science or BSc with experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team- be able to prioritise your own workload and that of your team
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, or physiology
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and be resilient
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Sound project management skills
  • A critical thinker, and have a learning mindset
