YOUR ROLE:

  • Meet and greet all visitors in a warm, professional and welcoming manner
  • Management of meeting rooms & office inventory
  • Travelling off-site for ad-hoc errands
  • Managing new starter and health & safety inductions
  • Booking and coordination of travel
  • Coordination of internal and external company events
  • Administration support for the leadership team
  • Back up support for company café
  • Facilities support

WHO AM I?

  • Prior experience in a busy Corporate Receptionist role – must be able to demonstrate working at pace
  • Positive energy and attitude
  • A quick learner who can demonstrate initiative
  • Ability to multi-task at all times
  • Technical proficiency (confident on MS Office suite)
