environment. They are a manufacturer and distributor of outdoor garden and lifestyle products that are designed in New Zealand

and sold all around the world.

The Opportunity

This is a company that really needs your help in their busy customer services division offering switched on customer service and an “I can “attitude. You have that knack of winning your customers over by turning their issue into a solution. You will dealing with Nationwide Merchants and Service Dealers requiring spare parts providing them with technical, help, guidance and advice. An enjoyment in the complexities and technologies of machinery would be an advantage but not essential.

What you will be doing

Your days will be busy ensuring orders are processed and assisting with customers queries around these products. You will deal with queries, investigate claims, process returns and assist the Sales team in delivering solutions to their customers. Supporting the wider team with administration

and just when you thought this job is for me, you would be ensuring all

enquiries from dealers are sorted efficiently.
