About the company
Our client has been in operation for 50 years and are a global manufacturer and supplier of hardware products specialising in the residential construction industry. They are continuing to grow and as a result they are seeking an experienced customer service expert to join their team based in Highbrook.
About the role
Day to day you will be dealing with building merchants and trade builders throughout the North Island building on going relationships and providing them with assistance to a variety of questions and problems. Basically, through your phone customer service skills you will be the ‘face’ of the company. Your duties will include
· Processing and managing the customer orders
· Responding to customer queries and issues
· Processing freight consignments and tracking orders and deliveries
· Managing the export orders, transport, vessels, and documentation
· Action product returns and credits
· Liaising with freight companies, customers, and sales team
About you
