Customer Support
This is a broad role for a Customer Service professional to work for a leading healthcare brand with a global presence. Great facilities, fantastic team and interesting work, this is a solid temp position for the right person.
THE ROLE:
- Phone based role, taking calls from internal staff, supporting with queries (over 2000 people on-site!)
- Monitoring all symptomatic staff and following due process
- Managing all employee information on internal system and following up accordingly (very process driven)
- Logging all calls and cases daily
- Managing email queries
- SHIFT WORK REQUIRED across Monday – Sunday (not working over a consecutive 5 days)
- Once again, a great foot in the door for a driven operator!
