Customer Support Team Leader

Joining this established call centre, you will be leading the Customer Support Team PROACTIVELY to COACH, GUIDE and DRIVE the team forward, along side like-minded Team Leaders.

THE ROLE:

  • Proactively drive interactions with key clients throughout feedback and a robust, quality management process
  • Manage the daily work-flow of the Customer Care team to ensure excellent service is delivered to customers at all times (coaching style in this role is key!)
  • Proactively drive process improvement initiatives where appropriate
  • Manage team resourcing requirements (which includes absences, leave etc to ensure team has adequate resources at all times)
