This is a newly created role for an experienced EA or someone with executive support administrative skills. Are you keen to support a CEO and assist with scoping this longer term opportunity.

What you will be doing:

  • Organise meetings and manage CEO’s calendar
  • Assist in triaging emails and responses
  • Logistics around travel
  • Minute taking and transcribing
  • Prepare agendas & supporting documents

What you will bring:

  • Ideally someone with some EA or executive admin support experience
  • Appreciate a collaborative organisational culture
  • Agile, works well under tight deadlines
