What will my day look like?
* Diary and email management
* Travel management
* Management of the internal network calendar
* Be able to assist the corporate team with queries they might have – the ‘go to’ person
* Special events organisation and management
* Board meeting organisation (including minute taking)
* Assisting the Office Manager with the smooth running of the office
* This is just a snapshot; your day will vary!

Who am I?
* Previous experience supporting busy C-Suite Executives is essential
* Remaining confidential at all times
* Technical proficiency (quick to learn new systems including MS Office and have a good experience trouble shooting tech issues)
* Can demonstrate the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and experience dealing with a range of stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills (you will naturally be an over-communicator, ensuring there are no gaps on any front)
