Our client is Aotearoa New Zealand’s leading membership network for professionals working in and for local government supporting its members to be the very best they can be.

In this role you will be the Executive Assistant supporting the Chief Executive.

This a permanent fulltime position based in Wellington CBD.

Seeking an Executive Assistant with loads of energy and drive to support a busy Chief Executive, and to be that all important go to person for the office. You will also be the social coordinator for the Team.

They are a close-knit Team with a great office culture and vibe!

What you will be doing:

· Chief Executive support

· Office Manager duties

· Document Preparation

· Meeting and diary coordination

· Meeting planning and travel support and logistics

· Project work

· Relationship Management

This role is varied, and you will wear many hats.

To be successful you will need to be agile, tech savvy, proactive and a trusted confidante!

Here is what we want to see on your CV:

· Proven Executive Assistant experience supporting at CE level

· Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and strong ability to read the room

· Ideally some governance experience, including action point minute taking

· Proven written & verbal communication skills

· Tech savvy and able to adapt and learn new systems quickly
