ABOUT THE ROLE

This opportunity allows you to be the heartbeat of supporter care, reconciling donations, responding to queries, and ensuring every interaction reflects the organisation’s mission. You’ll be part of a team that’s passionate about connecting with supporters and extending the reach of content that matters.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Matching donations and updating records in Dynamics 365
  • Responding to supporter emails, calls, and web enquiries
  • Managing material requests and CRM updates
  • Covering reception duties on a rostered basis
  • Supporting additional office admin tasks with initiative

ABOUT YOU

You’re detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and love bringing order to systems. You’re great with numbers, confident in spreadsheets, and thrive in a team that values faith, purpose, and people. You want a job with meaning, and to be proud of the impact you make.

What you’ll need to bring:

  • Strong admin and CRM experience (Dynamics 365 ideal)
  • Clear and confident communication across phone, email, and in-person
  • Numeracy skills and comfort with donation reconciliation
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Initiative to spot and solve operational needs
  • A values-aligned mindset and comfort in a faith-based culture
