Penrose Temporary / 4 months NZ$33 - NZ$35 per hour

Are you an HR Administrator available to start ASAP? Our client in Penrose is looking for a grunty HR Administrator who can juggle multiple balls at once. This organisation is a global company who were founded over 70 years ago. This is a temporary role to get stuck in and develop your career. The role covers HR administration and recruitment – from employment contracts, employee surveys, to recruitment with screening candidates, interviewing and onboarding. A varied role where no two days will be the same.

What you will be doing as the HR Administrator:

  • Supporting the HR Manager with whatever they need.
  • Generalist HR, employment contractors, answering queries from employees.
  • Recruitment – sourcing candidates, interviewing and onboarding. Liaising with employees overseas.

Who am I?

  • Have at least 2 years’ experience in HR and recruitment experience – this is essential.
  • Workday software experience is preferred.
  • Confident to draft and produce material.
  • A clear communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have strong attention to detail and follow procedures and policies. Administration skills are key in this role.
  • Enjoy interacting with a diverse range of people. Confident speaking with people at all levels
  • Resilient, resourceful and ready for a fast paced environment!
