What tasks will you be doing?
Assist with all the internal and external HR related inquires and requests
Support managers with recruitment, performance management procedures, performance appraisals
Organise and conduct inductions and coordinate employee exit information
Maintain employee records, documents and be current with HR trends and best practises
Who are you?
Positive, enthusiastic and able to deal with unique people-related issues
Proven integrity in the handling of sensitive and confidential information
Competent in MS office, Word, Outlook, Excel
At least 1-years’ experience in a similar role having sound knowledge of NZ legislation
