HR Advisor

Our client is a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of products. This is a place you want to work for the people, product and stunning work environment.

This role sits in the Operations Team working in the manufacturing space with waged employees and salaried engineers, covered by a collective agreement. You will be providing services, support and advice to employees and managers to ensure compliance with legislation and company requirements while retention of talent. This a fantastic role if you have 2 plus year’s experience as an advisor and would like to develop your HR career in the manufacturing industry working in a supportive, collaborative and innovative team. The ability to build relationships with stakeholders is critical. Union and ER experience essential.
