Auckland Temporary / 3 Months

Contract opportunity for Senior HR professional available asap for up to 3 months or longer. This business is a Global business with a well-known brand offering an impressive product range. Reporting to the Head of HR you will be responsible for a range of responsibilities that will include:

  • Business partnering with leadership team offering HR advice and guidance
  • Drive, support, and implement change management initiatives
  • End to end to recruitment for the NZ business
  • HR projects as required.

We are looking for a seasoned professional HR Contractor who can hit the ground running and is comfortable in a sole charge position. You have Senior HR Management experience along with an excellent ability to gain credibility with the Senior executive team. You will work with the Head of HR (who is based offshore) and have a strong knowledge of NZ legislation. An adaptable person, with smarts and initiative, will thrive in this role.
