Logistics Coordinator

As you may have gathered, this is a short-term temp role (yes, a great foot in the door!) for a leading charity organisation at their South Auckland office.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Supporting with ordering of equipment and inventory
  • Managing the system with all inventory
  • Supporting with packing orders and ensuring expectations
  • Managing expectations of sales orders timeframes (internally and externally)
  • Dealing with their online shop and orders / queries
  • Managing the online system
