Minute Taker

We are on the hunt for minute-taking superstars to assist our clients! If you are someone who is confident in attending meetings and taking down minutes, this is the perfect role for you.

What do we ask for?

• Previous experience in fast-paced minute-taking environment.
• Be a great writer and communicator who can work well independently and as part of a team.
• Have steadfast resolve and a high degree of personal integrity.
• Be comfortable working in a fully remote setting.

What will you be doing?

• Completing the client’s minute taking agendas.
• Reviewing meeting materials prior to the assignment.
• Formatting meeting notes into minutes as per the client’s confidential style.
• Submitting draft minutes for editing by the prescribed deadline and responding promptly to any queries or feedback.
• Any further administrative tasks related to Minute taking as required.
