Minute Taker

We are wanting to hear from experienced Minute Takers/Secretariats who are available to attend a Hui on Saturday 9 November on site in Rotorua!

What do we need?

• Previous minute taking experience
• Te Reo knowledge would be ideal – there will be people to assist with translation if needed (80% will be in English)
• Be able to provide your own laptop and equipment to use on the day
• Fast typist with strong attention to detail
