Our client has owned and run a successful Wellington business within the printing industry for over 30 years. I have worked closely with this client previously and can hand on heart say it’s an environment where you the work you do will be valued, and you will be an integral part of the team.

About the role:

This a full-time position but, for the right candidate can definitely consider shorter hours to perhaps fit around school drop off and pick up.

This is very much a role where you are the go to for the office!

You will be working closely with Managing Director as well as being the accounts and administration guru for the team.

· Accounts receivable & payable

· Administration & Reception

· Invoicing, bank reconciliation

You will also be doing a small payroll as well as the HR administrative functions.

There really is a lot of variety for the right person.

Experience I would like you to highlight on your CV:

· Finance & administration experience

· MYOB and/or ACE payroll experience would be great

· Strong team player and proven ability to work well within a team
