Operations Account Executive

Our client is a well-respected operator in the logistics space, known for their impeccable customer service.You will be managing ALL communicationss with the clients (large NZ retailers) and dealing with senior level staff, so it is important that you are a confident communicator.

What you can expect to be doing:

• You will be responsible for keeping clients up to date EVERY day as to where the containers are, and scheduling the process once arrived
• Managing professional and consistent communication with clients, in case of schedule changes or delays
• Daily reporting via Excel
• You will be working on-site between Mon-Fri 6.00am – 2.30/3.00pm and one Saturday once every 2-3 months.

What you will bring to the team;

• A strong Administration/Coordination or Logistics background
• Great communications and problem-solving skills
• Ability to hit the ground running, and learn quickly
• Good sense of humour and a team-player mentality
• Strong Excel skills (VLookup a bonus)
