Operations Administrator

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position truly offers variety, you can definitely wave good bye to boredom. There will be business as usual requirements however you will also be providing support to the fast paced operational team. Your responsibilities could include coordination of meetings, minute taking, document control, managing and collating reports, and general administrative tasks required in an operational environment. If you enjoy being part of the action, you will love this role!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re on the hunt for a highly organised, proactive candidate with a friendly outgoing personality. You will be the type of person who is happy to roll up their sleeves and muck in whenever the need arises.

We are seeking at least 2 year’s experience in an administration focused role. You will have the ability to

· Multitask successfully

· Take minutes at meetings

· Anticipate needs

· Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the business
