People & Culture Coordinator

We are working alongside a great organisation who is looking to bring on board a People & Culture Coordinator.

You will be coordinating all aspects across the HR space.

What you will be doing day to day:

· Providing HR and administration support for managers and staff.

· Involved in administering and coordinating the employee engagement surveys/campaigns and

their outcomes.

· Support recruitment across the business and conduct compliance processes.

· Ensure HR policies and processes are kept up to date.

To be successful in this role, here is what we want to see:

· Previous HR administration experience

· Relevant tertiary qualification

· Familiar with te reo Maori and tikanga Maori

· Desire to learn new skills and grow within the role

· Tech savvy across MS Office Suite
