Planner Coordinator

We are starting off 2022 with a bang and so should you! This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and determined individual to step up into a fast-paced and successful company where no two days are the same!

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and scheduling all resources to execute jobs

• Collating quotes, compiling job packs, ordering materials, preparing documentation, and booking subcontractors

• Monitoring work in progress and assisting project managers

• Assist to ensure certification/compliance and site inductions are up to date and comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act.

• Reporting on month-end job status and financials

• AND MUCH MUCH MORE!

What will you bring:

• A Minimum of 2 years administrative experience – ideally in a similar role

• Proven experience with computer management systems – SAP would be an advantage

• Demonstrated experience working on multiple projects at once

• TOP written and verbal communication skills

• Resilience and a positive attitude is a MUST!

• Must be available immediately and can commit up to 12 months – Fixed Term Contract
