WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?

  • Resolve customer product queries (including technical queries) via phone calls, email and social media
  • Ensure all information in the system is accurate (including customer and product information)
  • Remain current on changes in policies, procedures and products offerings
  • Review problem orders and notify customers of any issues or delays
  • Support other teams (sales / finance / logistics etc) to to assist in the processing of the customer orders and inquiries
