About the role

Our client is seeking a motivated project coordinator to join the team. The project co-ordinator role will be providing oversight of a current pilot project being implemented. While processes are important the client is at the centre of everything we do so the right candidate will need to be adaptable in the approach.

Responsibilities

· On-boarding – monitoring emails; escalate/resolution of any pending issues.

· Supporting and facilitating training of partnering practices.

· Manage weekly project meetings with stakeholders including minute taking.

· Support and evaluate activities including write up of meeting activities.

Skills and Experience

· Mid-level project co-ordination experience.

· Mid-range experience of MS Office Suite.

· Strong organisational, communication and multi-tasking skills.

· The ability to work competently and collaboratively with the team.

· Effortless attention to detail, while keeping all tasks on track.

· Highly proficient in MS Office Suite.

This role is a temporary position for approx 4-6 weeks.
