The role

Our client is seeking a Project Co Ordinator for its technical support business liaising with contractors and clients New Zealand wide. It’s a great role where you will have autonomy to work systems and processes that work for you.

Manage client and customer requests

Schedule and engage contractors

Develop client schedule and communicate with stakeholders

Manage delivery

Documentation of jobs – quotes, costings, quotes, job bags

Maintain contact with contract network

Skills

Good written and verbal communication

Ability to self-manage

PC computer proficient – MS Office

Greentree software proficient but not essential
