Regulatory Affairs Associate

HR & Business Operations

Our client is seeking support for their demanding Regulatory Affairs team, focussing on admin tasks for their regional offices. A huge company with great exposure, this team is supportive, busy and a great role to provide continuity in the current market.

Duties will include:

  • Support with reading regulatory documents and advising of any errors
  • Responding to client letters (excellent written skills required)
  • Liaising with regional offices (AU / EU / Asia etc) to support with regulatory admin tasks
  • Cross referencing current compliance documents, ensuring aligns with company policy
  • Ad-hoc admin support, depending on what’s required (this could involved email follow up with stakeholders, documentation follow up etc)

Who am I & what’s in it for me?

  • You may be a grad or have come from a similar role, however, you’ll pride yourself on your succinct communication style and ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
  • You will have EXCELLENT written communication skills
