Our client is a network of hospital based clinical trial sites with over 20 year’s experience in clinical trials in Aotearoa – New Zealand. They test the efficacy and safety of the most innovative medicines, devices, and approaches to advance the standard of health care across New Zealand.

The role

As the Regulatory Lead, your role will be integral to maintaining a wide range of stakeholder relationships, NZ’s Health and Disability Ethics committee, Research offices and Clinicians to Industry Sponsors. You will pride yourself in your ability to communicate to all parties at all levels, whilst leading the regulatory process for initial submission and ongoing requirements for the clinical trial sites.

Additionally, you will be supporting the trial start-up process including contracts, budgets and third-party agreements. Working with like-minded individuals who are driven to transform health outcomes for New Zealand.

About you

  • A related tertiary qualification in the biological or biomedical sciences
  • Experience in Regulatory process for Clinical trials in NZ
  • Experience in working with the pharma or medical device industry
  • Knowledge of the NZ Health system
  • Highly organised, self-motivated whilst ensuring deadlines are met
  • Naturally meticulous working style
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Passionate about medical and science advancement
