Sales Support

A newly created Sales Support team, you will be joining this established brand in their modern East Tamaki premises. A team who work with integrity, passion and a sense of urgency, putting customers at the forefront. You’ll enjoy building relationships, naturally meticulous in your work and also pride yourself on your reliability. Did we mention this is a VERY exciting brand?!

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?

• Managing relationships with NZ retailers (support with queries)
• Manage customer calls and emails, ensuring all customer requests are processed within SLA times
• Ensure all orders are processed within Oracle, including verifying purchase orders
• Follow up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates (working with sense of urgency is key)
• Support other teams (sales / finance / logistics etc) to to assist in the processing of the customer orders and inquiries

WHO AM I & WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?
