Head of Client Experience

Our client is a leader in the field of providing solutions for Employment Relations and Health & Safety in the workplace, and a new role has been created to support the Associate Director in developing, executing and delivering their vision and strategy.

This is a critical role for the business in establishing and retaining solid client relationships, and ensuring that they receive a strong client experience.

This role has one direct report, and the requirement is 5 days per week on site at their stunning waterfront premises! Benefits include great remuneration, career growth potential, Health Care discounts and long term benefits after only 2 years.

About the role:

• Coaching Best practice and provide data insights to drive team towards targets
• Help the team resolve and manage disputes and be that point of escalation
• Recruit, train, grow and retain your team
• Support clients through any legal issues
• Able to minimise risk and client liability
• Getting in the thick of it, listening to calls, look into what’s happening across the business
• Reporting
• Identify process improvements, solutions and streamlining
• Looking at trends in client experience activity
• Strategic mindset to drive the business forward

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

• Expertise in providing recommendations
• Ability to look at what’s best for the business
• A Degree in Business (or similar)
• Strong stakeholder relationships
• Resilience
• Ability to coach and retain teams
