The Innovation Director is to develop from the ground up the digital innovation curriculum for school age kids to learn about coding, robotics, VR, AI and other emerging tech innovations. The strategy is built, and the appointment of the Innovation Director will signify the start of the implementation!

Funding is already secured, which means no cost involved for children to take part. However greater involvement from the business community will enable reach of this curriculum to more kids, quicker.

The successful candidate will have experience building learning curriculums, will be credible to school leaders and understand how schools operate. In addition and contrast, the Innovation Director will also have commercial experience, strong corporate relationships, and the ability to deliver sponsorships & fundraising to aide quick scaling.

Importantly, they will be relentless with passion to drive a growing scale of delivery and participation.

While the Innovation Director will deliver the curriculum, they do not have to deliver the learning. There are subject matter experts available to do that. There is also wrap around support for periphery functions such as finance, HR, marketing and administration.

• That you can manage people & are a strong relationship builder.
• High energy, confidence and have a strong belief in what you are doing.
• You can deliver a scaffold of the curriculum, with an ability to develop internships.
• Credibility to school leaders and understand how schools operate.
• An education background is optimal.
