Marketing Administrator

A perfect stop-gap for someone to join this established business to help cover annual leave in this Marketing Operations team. You will consider yourself a naturally people-centric, system savvy operator who’s happy to roll up their sleeves and provide admin support.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Processing and coordination of translation requests from their customers
• Understanding customer brief and uploading relevant documents to the internal digital system
• Cross-referencing provided documents
• Loading translation documents into the translation management system
• Raising quotes and purchase orders
• Liaising between vendors and customers

WHO AM I?

• Confident to learn new systems (advantage to have SAP / Monday.com and/or Trello experience)
• Natural attention to detail (essential the correct information is uploaded and referenced at all times)
• Customer-centric approach (ability to communicate efficiently, both verbally and written)
• A ‘yes’ attitude, keen to help the team on all fronts
• You may have worked in a broad admin role or even marketing (not essential to have come from a marketing background)
• You’ll be available to start 10th June and can commit for 8 weeks
