Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced marketing automation specialist to join our client, a members-based organisation. It’s a brilliant time to be involved as there is a brand refresh coming, dialing up the members premium experience.

This role will support the Head of Marketing and Head of Member Engagement & Communications through the successful execution of Member-focused communications, campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Looking after all member communications, the successful candidate will be asked to deliver communications and campaigns from inception to completion, and so needs to demonstrate experience

• Developing comprehensive marketing and communication programmes
• Planning and implementing direct marketing campaigns
• Writing and building content for eNewsletters. eDM’s and longer-form content

Members are time-poor, so we need someone who will deeply consider the purpose, goals and execution of messages to create high quality engagement. A capable do-er, the specialist will also consider all direct marketing elements in alignment with wider brand elements transitioning.

We will also be looking for someone who:

• Has current knowledge of Ubiquity and Hubspot
• Understands data and is strong with segmentation
• Understands the advertising, design, and print industries
• Will quickly develop positive and collaborative relationships – internally and with agency partners

It goes without saying, we will be looking for excellent:
