Our client is looking for a leader to run their Wiri Damaged Vehicle branch like it’s your own business. This is a senior position inspiring and leading a team of 10, with 2 direct reports. The branch is in great shape, with a key measure of profitability being achieved consistently over the last five years and set to continue.
The opportunity is with a fantastic NZ company that pride themselves on looking after their staff and their customer service. They have been in the market for over 50 years and have an enviable company culture that is values driven. You will take a lead in enabling this culture onsite. Inspiring the team to success yet being prepared to get right into the work when needed. You will help sustain the speed of business-to-business sales turnover which is a key driver of success.
To be successful, you will not only have experience working in an operational environment with a sales focus, you’ll be able to demonstrate how you sustained a positive team spirit, enabling success to delivering profitability.
