Retail Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced, customer focused retail manager to join a well known brand. You will be responsible for their Nelson Branch
You will be working closely with the National Retail Manager to grow the profitability of this store whilst working as an integral part of the sales team. You will be equipped to provide training and further development to the retail team.
The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following skills;
- Experience of retail management
- Proven people management/development capability
- An understanding of inventory management
- Driven by targets and able to mentor a team to deliver on targets
- Ability to drive change
- Strong customer focus
- Not afraid to roll you sleeves up and be hands on
