Sales Manager

This sales leadership role is with the Porirua branch of an iconic NZ company that pride themselves on their customer service. In fact, they have won awards for it. They have been in the market for over 50 years and have an enviable company culture. Selling new and used vehicles is what they do, but they do it differently than others. They have several offerings and this role will play a significant part in the projected growth within this branch.

A little about the role:

· Coach and mentor the sales staff

· Ensure a high level of customer service at all time

· Reporting to the Branch Manager you will be a part of the management team

· Responsible for the development of sales initiatives

· Work Wednesday to Sunday
