Operations Performance Analyst

What you will be doing

This is a pivot role in the business, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine. You will lead in maintaining and optimising logistics, both internally and externally, keeping systems up to date and stepping in to provide coverage when needed.

You will be an analytical powerhouse behind process improvements, bridging the gap between teams, enhancing integration between systems making a tangible impact across the entire operations network.

Order fulfilment’s, planning, analysis, continuous improvements and business projects! All in a day’s work.

What we are looking for

• 3-4 year’s experience in a similar role. Shipping knowledge would be an advantage
• Excellent communicator with a knack for negotiation
• Analytical powerhouse
• Excel expert and tech enthusiast – Unleashed and Netstock experience an advantage
• Detail oriented – precision matters
• Team player – collaborating with diverse teams essential
