THE ROLE:

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our software applications? We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team and take charge of maintaining existing systems to meet our high standards for availability and stability, as well as assist in the development of new systems that adhere to the same expectations.

· Ensure existing systems consistently meet our company’s expectations for availability and stability.

· Collaborate on the construction and operational transition of new systems, ensuring they meet our stringent availability and stability criteria.

· Provide timely and efficient responses to inquiries and issues related to our software applications.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Are you the Application Support Specialist we’ve been looking for? Here are the qualities we value:

· Proven experience in application support, with a focus on ERP systems.

· Strong oral and written communication skills, coupled with excellent coordination abilities.

· Capable of establishing and nurturing effective relationships with key stakeholders, built on trust and mutual respect.

· A passion for identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in our operational processes.
