· What you will need to bring to the role:

• You will be instrumental in championing, supporting, and advancing automation initiatives within the Information Communications and Technology department and playing an integral part in the evolution, upgrade, and management of automation delivery mechanisms.
• Reporting to the product manager of Service management platform & operations and part of a large team working across a diverse range of projects but as a team and not individually.

· Experience and skills we would prefer you have:

· Advance skills in PowerShell, MS SQL, Power Platform (Essential)

· Written and oral communication (Important)

· Experience with business process orchestration tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef or Operations Orchestration. (preferred)

· Knowledge of Iac tools like Terraform & Cloudformation will be an advantage.

· Experience with Python, SQL, Javascript and powershell preferred.

· Candidate will be working in a large team environment, experience with Agile and team environment will be an advantage, however, open to candidate willing to adapt.

· Other good to have skills : Virtualisation technologies, Network protocols & concepts, monitoring & logging tools.
