Backend Developer (Golang)

• Intermediate / Senior Backend developer role with one of the established players in the Digital assets space comprising of Cryptos, NFTs and Smart Wallet.
• Permanent role in a stable, tightly knit, super flexible team environment handling projects in cutting edge technology like web3, gamification of infrastructure, blockchain etc.

The role:

• Intermediate / Senior backend development with Golang AND NodeJS/Typescript
• Being part of the network team working on web3 projects / decentralisation projects.
• Design and Implement features and services for the Seeker Node in Golang
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of every major component in the Network and how they interact with each other. Which would include the Seeker Node, the Seekers NFT, and the Incentivised Event Protocol
• Help manage our various deployments on AWS
• Provide guidance and mentorship to our Junior developers.
• Continuously perform research to maintain a strong understanding of the current Web3 technology landscape

The ideal candidate:

• Ability to develop software in Golang (or other similar languages) and NodeJS/Typescript (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Solidity or other smart contract development experience would be a major plus
• cloud computing services knowledge such as AWS would be a major plus.
• Good communication skills.
• Problem-solving & solutioning attitude.
• Genuine interest & passion for new technologies like web3, blockchain technologies and equivalent.
