ABOUT THE ROLE
An opportunity has emerged for an experienced Change Coordinator or Junior Change Manager to support the people aspect of a major transformation to our client’s IT Systems.
The main responsibilities will be assessing the change impact of the new solutions whilst creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance.
- Develop change management plans for each project or change initiative that acknowledges the different aspects of the change process – analysis, plan, implementation training and other associated change considerations.
- Analysing the impact and risk of any change and the readiness of the wider business and key stakeholders, mitigating any anticipated resistance.
- Working with the project team to deliver any relevant change needed.
- Capture data and define and measure success metrics, monitoring change progress and reporting any potential issues or roadblocks.
- Support the design and delivery of employee training programs
WHAT YOU NEED
You will have Technology and People Change Management or strong Change Coordination experience, as well as knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools. You will have an excellent understanding of change processes and how people go through change.
