The role:
· Contract QA role within a large enterprise environment
· Initially till mid January 2022, likely to extend
· Work as part of an agile squad to identify, analyse, design the test cases, implement automation scripts, and execute the tests
· New automation will be done in Java
· Tech stack is : Java, Mule, Kubernetes, Confluent Kafka, AWS, S3, SQL, IBM MQ, Rabbit MQ
· New integration is all on Confluent Kafka
The ideal candidate:
· Experienced Automation QA Testers, ideally available in Auckland one day a week. Fully remote candidates will be considered, but one day a week availability in Auckland is ideal.
· Experience in testing the integration layer, ideally with Mule/ Confluent/ IBM MQ, Rabbit MQ
· Experience in an agile environment is ideal,
· Experience in a Cloud environment, ideally AWS
Attractive hourly rate
Experience with the testing of APIs
Automation experience using Java
Exposure to DevOps including Dockers, Kubernetes , GitHub & Jenkins is ideal.
