THE ROLE
Our client is fast-growing Kiwi company in the financial services industry, that has innovative and exciting products to improve customer experience.
They work in a modern .NET environment including .NET core and are now looking for someone to focus on moving the front end to modern JavaScript. Responsibilities
· Help move Front End development to the latest JavaScript technologies.
· Develop in Angular/ React/ Vue and mentor other full stack developers in the use of these frameworks and languages.
· Help the company select front end technology & frame works
· Be comfortable with wed design
· Fully document all software development in accordance with best practice
· Conduct post-implementation reviews , identify product improvements and provide innovative solutions
· Review the Company’s software development strategy and when appropriate make recommendations for change
· Agile, product focussed environment on AWS cloud
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
· Intermediate to senior experience in Front end development using modern JavaScript frameworks, ideally with experience developing in Angular, React, Vue or similar
- Experience building Single Page Apps (SPAs)
- Experience with NPM/Yarn and use of node modules
- Additional experience with Razor Pages or Razor Views using ASP.NET web applications & C# is ideal
- Experience with building and supporting REST and SOAP Web API Services
- Familiar with SQL Server
- Able to debate, analyse and propose architectural solutions and designs – knowledge of microservices architecture is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong critical thinker who is able to speak up and let their thoughts be known
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
