This role is for an experienced technology and transformation leader, who will champion the development and roll-out of a continuous delivery framework, IT operational excellence and company-wide digital roadmap, designed to enhance customers experience for an innovative middle-sized and growing business.
My client operates in the utility space. Their products are built around the idea of a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future for NZ.
We are now looking for a Head of Digital Transformation, with “can do” attitude, hands-on approach, and willing to go the extra mile to work alongside company’s leadership team and the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Building a continuous delivery framework across the business and direction of the overall digital strategy.
- Responsible for the digital team’s delivery excellence, ensuring best practices and processes
- Creation of the digital roadmap that feeds into company’s vision and strategy
- Digital assets management and improvement
- Processes, systems management, and improvement
- Create and drive “customer centric” mindset
- Responsible for IT operations management (infrastructure, networks…)
- Budgetary guidance, financial management, ROI
- Team leadership, including Tech team leads
Required Skills
- IT / Digital Delivery leadership
- Experience in leading transformation programmes
- Experience in building a continuous improvement culture and infrastructure
- Coaching, mentoring, team leadership experience
- Experience of working in an Agile environment, agile mindset
