About the role: Lead Developer (Java, AWS)

As a Lead Developer, you will spend 70% of your time coding and 30% mentoring the senior, intermediate and junior engineers, fostering a productive and collaborative working environment which includes 1:1’s and coaching.

Reporting to the Engineering manager, you will work with Java, AWS and optimise the CI/CD pipeline, promoting automated testing adhering to the TDD & BDD principles.

Your Skills and Experience:

You will have demonstrated experience as:

Either a Senior Developer OR Lead along with hands on development experience with Java & AWS along with experience of mentoring/handling a team. (Important)

Exposure to DevOps/CICD will be a plus along with testing based on TDD/BDD.
