Product Owner

An initial 12 month contract Product Owner role. Yes, 12!

Our client is focused on enhancing customer interactions through advanced digital solutions with a strong emphasis on tailoring and improving customer journeys.

So, what’s the role?

We are looking for a Product Owner who will be instrumental in improving the customer journeys on our client’s website. Part of the enhancement squad and reporting to the Digital Journey Lead, you will drive strategies to elevate customer experiences and personalisation.

What will you be doing?

• Oversee and refine existing customer journeys on the website
• Work closely with the CX, design, and technology teams to design and deliver outstanding customer experience
• Collaborate with a multitude of teams and stakeholders to ensure integrated design and implementation
• Create user stories that align with strategic objectives
• Enhance personalisation and customer satisfaction

What are we after?

• In-depth knowledge of Customer Experience (CX) and self-service portals
• Proven track record of working effectively with design and technology teams across websites and applications
• Strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex systems and enhance user experiences
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to adapt to change
• Experience in drafting user stories and leading digital improvements
